This opportunity to present the business community with a new approach to litigation is exhilarating. By embracing technology and outsourcing in order to contain increasing costs we hope to deliver something different.
The first goal is more creative energy — we call it “thinking outside the box” and between John Stiner, "Of Counsel," me, and our deep connections with so many creative legal professionals we are confident we can offer more creative options for solving disputes.
Secondly, our goal is an old-fashioned one — loyalty. We strive to offer you a legal team loyal to each other and you. We do not have big firm “production reports” or staggering overhead. We strive to make sure you know you matter to us, not our year end numbers. Big firm lawyers may be part of the team but we will not suffer team members or clients who do not share these core values.
Bocock Law PLLC is now able to provide legal services to you more effectively and efficiently using Zoom and Skype. If the Judge allows, no more paying hourly rates for travel to and from out of town hearings, depositions and mediations.
