Secondly, our goal is an old-fashioned one — loyalty. We strive to offer you a legal team that is loyal and trustworthy. We do not have big firm "production reports" or staggering overhead. We strive to make sure you know you matter to us, not our year-end numbers. Big firm lawyers may be part of the team, but we will not suffer team members or clients who do not share these core values.
